About the event
The Wiegand Farm Golf Classic (WFGC) supports the Department for Persons with Disabilities (DPD). DPD is a nonprofit, Catholic Charities Agency that makes a difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey.
The WFGC has grown to become one of the largest golf outings in the United States! In 2017, the event brought in 330 golfers to two courses and raised over $115,000 after being moved to Crystal Springs Resort. In 2018, we will be adding a third course with Ballyowen, named the #1 golf course in the state by NJ Monthly. This will compliment Crystal Springs and Wild Turkey courses.
Early registration opportunities are available as well as different pricing options for the three courses.
Attendees receive a BBQ lunch, and buffet dinner; an exciting day of golf at your choice of three beautiful courses; cigars; three alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, prize opportunities, massages, contests, a silent auction featuring over 100 items, the opportunity to enter in a 10,000 MEGA 50/50, and the opportunity to meet and interact with some of the wonderful people who we serve.

Through competent and compassionate care, DPD empowers each person to become active, contributing, and valued members of their community, and to participate fully in life with dignity and respect. As a Catholic Charities Agency, DPD strives to end discrimination toward people with disabilities and works for social change by being a voice for justice and advocacy, and convenes others to do the same.
We provide a high level of support and care for those in need. Our general and administrative costs are only 7.5 percent of our annual budget. Similar agencies operate with an average of 12% - 18% G&A costs.
