The Middle Eastern Students’ Association (MESA) at University of Toronto Mississauga, University of Toronto St George, York University, and the Arab student association at University of Guelph invite you to be our special guest at the most anticipated event of the academic year. The MEGala is an event that started eight years ago with a simple idea to bring as many students as possible under one roof for a night filled with impressive formalwear and tons of entertainment. Since its humble beginnings, the MEGala has expanded from 200 attendees when it was first launched in 2011, to two consecutive
1000-attendee events in the past two years. The gala did not only become the largest student-organized event in Ontario, but it has also had a noticeable public presence with special guest speakers from the Members
of Parliament, Canadian business leaders, and renowned individuals. The MEGala has also had a national presence over the years by being featured on many Middle Eastern magazines and university mediums.
