Break The Ice ,

Groove 9, Sainikpuri, Hyderabad, Telangana, India Groove 9, Sainikpuri, Hyderabad, Telangana, India

  • About the event

Break the Ice formerly was a UN sustainable goal project started in 2018. The page initially worked towards gender equality, but as of 2019, the agenda of the page has shifted towards, spreading awareness about mental health.
Our goal is to reach out for resources, that will provide teenagers with all the help they need for them to take care of their mental health.
Helping as many as people we can is our primary goal.

    • Just as our name suggests, we'll have a session where students will be breaking the ice and talking amongst each other or talking to the organizers about real things-their issues.
    • Have a professional guest speaker.
    • Essential and Interactive activities for students.
    • Make Breaktheice an approachable platform to learn about the resources available.

    Why should you sponsor?

Breaktheice is a completely student-run organization working towards the betterment of the society, with mainly focusing on mental health in India where it is considered to be a taboo. To make this event happen, the investment is coming in from the organizing team.
However, this might lead to disorganized management when it comes to finances, and also expensive.
Our goal is to help people, and any help offered to us to make this happen will be greatly appreciated.
If we can be offered with sponsorship and endorsements we will be truly grateful.

    Founder and President

I am a second-year Business Administration student with a concentration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Texas, Dallas, U.S.A.
I am in charge of pitching the idea to the school administrators, sponsors, and psychologists who would be a part of our workshop. Along with this, I will be going to look after every department, ensuring a hassle-free event.
My motive is to work tenaciously for this campaign and bring the best out of my team. I strongly believe in the motto 'Work Hard, Play Hard' attitude; both of which are bringing this event to life.
