Corporate Sponsorship Package 1.0 Introduction Retro Entertainment is seeking a sponsor that aligns with its corporate objectives and shares a similar demographic. Retro Entertainment is looking to build a long-lasting relationship with a title sponsor to benefit both parties for years to come. To begin, Retro Entertainment is seeking a sponsor for it's “The Legends of Rock Series”, with the hope to expand this partnership as both companies continue to grow. 2.0 The Legends of Rock Series The “Legends of Rock Series” is a series of four shows, taking place at the historic Concert Hall once every three months starting on October 19th, 2019. These four shows will feature international acclaimed classic rock tribute bands that create a note-perfect and visually accurate recreation of the original performer. Our motto, “The Show That Never Stops” is at the forefront of our mission statement. All shows will have a high energy feel that will have patrons dancing on their feet all night long. To accomplish the high-energy feel, we will be adding many elements to enhance the concert experience. These elements include: • Original local talent to open the show (with the hopes of promoting these acts as headliners in the future) • Intermission entertainment featuring a 10-15 minute video tribute to the act being highlighted and a 10-15 intermission act (Toronto street performers of different genres: these include bongo players, jugglers, comedians etc. that will have direct audience interaction) to emphasize our motto “the show that never stops” • State of the art light and sound system to recreate the feel of the original acts, high-end venues giving the ability to offer VIP experiences with food and bottle service, surprise promotional giveaways, and one electrifying visual effect per show (the first show will include 500-1000 balloons dropping from the ceiling during the encore) 3.0 Sponsorship Benefits 3.1 Title Sponsorship Rights a) Exclusive sponsorship rights awarded to only one corporation for inaugural show: “Retro Entertainment and Title Sponsor Presents: Bruce in the USA featuring the Jackets” b) Right of First Refusal for the three additional shows of “Legends of Rock Series” (Shows TBD at a later date) 3.2 VIP Cocktail Party Kick-off VIP cocktail party celebrating the partnership between Title Sponsor and Retro Entertainment at the first show for 150 guests of the sponsor. Kick-off VIP cocktail party includes: a) VIP ticket to the show for each guest b) The choice of four different Hot Hors d'oeuvres served throughout the show to accommodate all 150 guests c) Three alcoholic beverages per guest d) Two VIP hostesses that will coordinate all services needed e) FourWaitresses f) Access to one private bar * We can cater to any specific needs or numbers (up to 250) of the title sponsor to ensure the best possible experience. 3.3 Promotional Giveaways Exclusive rights to promotional giveaways throughout the night 3.4 Exclusive features on all social media, print, and radio advertisement This includes: a) Extensive social media video campaign expected to reach 1.2 Million people b) Print campaign on Now Magazine c) Q107 featured concert giveaway promotion (N/A for potential radio station sponsors) d) CP24 24-hour ticker feature e) Local bar advertisements 3.5 Marketing Rights Exclusive rights to marketing material through signage, concert program, and video tribute on day of show 3.6 Promotional booth One exclusive promotional booth inside the venue for day of concert promotions 4.0 Sponsorship Pricing Sponsorship cost will be $34,500/show. If sponsor opts to commit to all four shows of the “Legends of Rock Series”, they will be offered a discount of $120,000 for the series. Any additional tickets needed for the title sponsor can be purchased at a 20% discount through a promo code. i.e. Employees, clients, etc. Title sponsor will be awarded by September 1st in conjugation with our full blitz multi media campaign.
