The DWSI is the first & only innovative action planning organization in Texas created to enrich, educate, and engage women, the DWSI E3 model. It is the vision of the DWSI to celebrate Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex women, provide a plethora of information, and create an empowering atmosphere with experts within reach, networking, and mentorship opportunities. DWSI attendees leave with valuable information and action plans to use in their personal and professional lives.
The Dallas Women's Success Initiative is in its 3rd year providing a positive and interactive conference for women to increase their personal/professional development and receive training in communication skills to promote a healthy and successful life at home and in the workplace. The DWSI is an innovative, educational, and fun experience with workshops, panels, and sponsored swag bag items that are tailored to personal and professional skills building. Sponsorship of the DWSI provides the sponsor with the ability to positively showcase their business/services with potential new customers and solidify the current customer base while assisting in the personal and professional development of Dallas/Fort Worth women. A sponsor also provides an impact to DWSI youth volunteers and event venue staff that can establish future opportunities and partnerships. Also, because the Dallas Women's Success Initiative Conference is a program of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Stopping the Madness Antibullying Foundation, a sponsor receives all tax deductible benefits allowed.
I am a professional development specialist, practicing Professional Innovator, and Adjunct Professor at Richland College. I am also known as a motivational “Purpose” speaker and the Co-Founder/Executive Director of the Stopping the Madness Antibullying Foundation. My current focus is as the Chief Executive Officer and Principle Product Designer of Friedom Innovation LLC, a collective innovation firm that brings ideas to life through efficient and quality products.
After designing six fiction books, eight professional development training curricula, certified TECPDS Leadership and Antibullying Advocate training manuals, I founded the Dallas Women’s Success Initiative conferences to facilitate professional development, education, collaboration, and networking opportunities for women across Texas. My efforts for DWSI earned me the 2018 10 Shades of Success Award for Innovation. I am also a wife and mother of six blended children who enjoys motivating others to keep moving forward and call myself a knowledge addict who must “act to show others that they can do”.
