About the event

Dear Community Member:

The DMACC Fashion Program is hosting its 5th annual fashion gala. This year we are proud to present A World Beyond. All designs are hand-crafted by our hard working fashion students, and made out of unconventional materials.

Generous donors like you are the key to our success and make it possible for our students to learn and express their creativity in fashion. The event will display our fashion student’s creative abilities, as well as, give the students a fantastic learning experience in producing a fashion show. The show is on Friday, April 19, 2019, at Mainframe Studios from 6-8pm. This exclusive event is open to the public to enjoy an evening of fashion, music, and great conversation. The first one hundred people though the door will receive a complementary bag, filled with fabulous finds from companies around the Des Moines Metro.

As a way to show our appreciation, we make sure to highlight our donors as best we can before, during, and after the show. Why should you sponsor?

This is our 5th annual fashion gala and it's completely produced by some of the most amazing college students! We have been working so hard all semester to put on this gala. This is a unique and fun event for our community because all of the designs throughout the gala are completely avant-garde meaning the designs are made from unconventional items. My name is Daisy. I'm currently a full time student studying fashion design and digital marketing. I made this page in order to gather some support for this fashion gala that is completely produced by my peers and I. I'm currently on the PR/Marketing team as the content marketing manager.
