    Chalant Eyewear has been partnering with small/medium size organizations with 50 - 5,000 employees that work in front of computers to conduct a vision wellness workshop to educate their employees on how to eliminate digital eye strain in the workplace. 

    Digital eye strain occurs after more than 2 hours of continuous exposure to computer screens, tablets and smart phones. It causes physical discomfort which includes dry, burning, and itchy eyes.

    The strain on the eyes can cause blurred vision, headaches and fatigue that impact employees’ productivity and vision health.

    Our Vision Wellness Workshop consist of Educational Workshops, Premium eye massages, organic smoothies & juice bar, and high-quality computer glasses that blocks blue light.

    Chalant Vision Wellness offers premium eye massages that rejuvenate strained, sensitive, and irritated eyes to effectively eliminate digital eye strain, reduce tension and dark circles, and Improve the blood flow in their eyes that help you sleep better. 

    The average U.S. worker spends seven hours a day on the computer either in the office or working from home and theAmerican Optometric Association's (AOA) American Eye-Q® survey reports that 58 percent of adults have experienced digital eye strain or vision problems as a direct result.

    There are two different customer segments/audiences for our Chalant Vision Wellness workshop.

    1. Decsision makers for the Vision Wellness workshop consist of Human Resource Directors, Benefit Managers, Sales Manager, Wellness Directors, and CEOs of small/medium size organizations. Professionals in this field earn 65K-100K. 

    2. The 2nd target audience are their employees - Age range 23 - 45 earning between 40K-80K.

    We target IT firms, consulting agencies, business services, financial services and SaaS companies all over the United States  that have 50 - 5000 employees.

    Our goal is to Increase your reach and exposure to new clients, customers and businesses.


    Dora Grant

    Dora Grant is the Founder and CEO of Chalant Sunglasses LLC. Dora began her first entrepreneur journey in 2011 where she started a relocation company to assist fortune 500 companies with their new hires that are relocating to a new state, her relocation company provided custom rental searches, home finding services, and community tours custom to new hires needs.

    She started her next entrepreneur venture in 2014 by starting her own sunglasses brand named Chalant Sunglasses. Working in the corporate and retail industry for over the past 12 years, Dora has gained tremendous insight and rewards while serving her clients and customers. She has an appreciation for the challenges of being a woman entrepreneur because it affords her an opportunity to lead and position other women entrepreneurs to be more successful with their small business or start-up. 

    She is committed to her clients' and customers' needs in addition to establishing rapport and maintaining excellent relationships and partnerships in order to grow and sustain Chalant Sunglasses LLC.

    With 12 years serving the global business world, Dora has keen understanding of business development which has enabled her leadership skills to build a record of sustained sales in all her past positions. Most recently, she is the Director of Client Relationships & Business Development for a SaaS company where she is responsible for Business Development efforts with hospital executive's CEO, CNO, CIO, which resulted in company expansion in TX, WI, PA, IA, MN, and WA markets. 

    Dora looks forward to building positive client relationships and new opportunities every day because she thrives on challenge, change, and helping other women succeed.

    Dora is an active member of the Powerful Women in Business Association, LLC. (PWIB) which assists with her ability to lead Chalant and provide superb service to her customers. 

    Dora completed her Associates of Science in Business Management in 2009 and Bachelors in Business Management in 2012 both earned from University of Potomac in Washington, DC. 

    She also earned several advanced Professional Certificates in General Management, including complimentary coursework in Leadership, Organizational Communication, Managing Conflict and Change, Human Resources Management, Negotiation and Operations which assisted in enhancing her analytic skills, organizational capabilities and creativity in tackling problems.

    Dora's mission of creating Chalant Sunglasses is to educate consumers of the importance of protecting their eyes from the sun harsh uv rays, and look good doing so at affordable prices!
