The Board of Executive Protection Professionals (BEPP) is committed to elevating standards within the Executive Security Operations community. Observing a gap in existing industry conferences, the BEPP sought to create a more dynamic and valuable experience for professionals in the field. This aspiration culminated in the establishment of the Executive Security Operations Conference (ESOC), founded and hosted by the BEPP itself. Unlike conferences primarily driven by profit, the BEPP took a principled and meticulous approach to developing the ESOC. Our primary goal is to provide an unparalleled conference experience for attendees, deliver maximum value to our sponsors. Founded in 2021, the Board of Executive Protection Professionals (BEPP) consists of all volunteers, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and an ANSI accredited organization dedicated to elevating executive protection operations. The BEPP is committed to advancing the profession through the creation of industry standards, board certification, and other validation initiatives.
The BEPP is the only organization taking concrete steps to make that happen. The BEPP is developing the professional, foundational, and operational standards that will elevate the industry and ensure the safety of those being protected.
The Board of Directors is composed of nine Subject Matter Experts who have been carefully selected based on current/previous employment, years of experience, professional certifications, and peer review.
