About the event

F1 in Schools is an international STEM competition for secondary school students. Teams of 3-6 students design, manufacture, and race miniature F1 cars powered by CO2 cartridges. The competition is not just about speed; it also includes elements of engineering design, manufacturing, marketing, sponsorship, and financial strategy.

Students use CAD/CAM and CAE design tools to create their cars, which must adhere to strict regulations. The cars race on a 20-meter track, and the fastest time wins. Teams also present their car design, manufacturing process, and marketing strategy to judges.

F1 in Schools is a great way for students to learn about STEM subjects in a fun and practical way. It also helps them develop important skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

We, Team Nitro Ninjas, are one the 8 teams selected (out of 196 contenders) to represent Mayoor Private School Abu Dhabi at this competition.

We are Team Nitro Ninjas, one of the 8 teams selected (out of 196 contenders) to represent Mayoor Private School at F1 in Schools.

We aim to dominate the track in style by developing the fastest car for the race. To do this, we have spent a long time understanding aerodynamics, implementing our research on our car, and making sure that our vehicle complies with the various guidelines of the competition.
