I am writing this proposal on behalf of Thunderbird, an ambitious and innovative F1 in Schools team proudly representing GEMS Modern Academy. F1 in Schools is a globally recognized STEM challenge that empowers students to apply engineering, technology, and creativity to design, build, and race miniature Formula 1 cars. But the competition is about more than just speed—it fosters problem-solving, teamwork, and innovation, preparing students for future careers in STEM fields.

At Thunderbird, we believe in pushing boundaries and thinking beyond limits. Our team of six brings together diverse skills and expertise to engineer a car that is not just fast, but revolutionary. From conceptual design to final testing, we focus on precision, efficiency, and performance. Every component is carefully crafted, every decision is backed by data, and every innovation is aimed at redefining what’s possible in F1 in Schools.

At Thunderbird, we don’t just build cars—we build ideas, solutions, and experiences.Our team, comprising of Saisha, Jerry, Nihal, Rashdan, and Aarush, is committed to designing, engineering, and perfecting a race car that embodies speed, efficiency, and innovation. But beyond that, we are learning what it takes to be future engineers, problem-solvers, and leaders.
