I work at the intersection of sport, community, and opportunity.

FITNTX is a sports networking agency where we connect players, professionals, and organizations through events, recruitment, and collaboration. A big part of what we do is creating environments where people can actually meet, talk, and build relationships — not just online, but in real life.

My background is in sport and performance, and I’ve always been interested in how we can use modern tools like events and esports to engage the next generation, bring different parts of the sports industry together, and create real pathways for people.

At the core, everything we do is about community, access, and long-term growth — for individuals and for organizations.
