My name is Dr. Keisha Jennings-Samuels, and I am both an educator and a proud parent to two children on the autism spectrum. I’ve seen firsthand the unique challenges that some teens with autism face in building social connections. I’ve also experienced the heartache of watching my son spend countless hours alone, without friends to call or hang out with. As a mother, this weighs heavily on me.

That’s why I’ve created this event: to bring teens on the autism spectrum together in a welcoming, supportive space where they can make new friends while doing something they enjoy—playing video games.
