Grand Opening,

Fresno, California, United States Fresno, California, United States

  • About the event

We are hosting a VIP Grand Opening Luncheon for our new Fig Garden location of The Summit Physical Therapy. This event is designed to bring together local physicians, referral coordinators, and clinic managers to connect with our team, tour our new facility, and learn more about the services we provide.

The luncheon will offer a welcoming and engaging experience, including catered food, opportunities to meet our physical therapists, and interactive wellness stations focused on recovery and injury prevention. Our goal is to strengthen relationships within the medical community, provide value through education and hands-on experiences, and create a memorable introduction to our new location.

    Why should you sponsor?

Sponsors will have the unique opportunity to showcase their brand directly to a highly targeted audience of healthcare professionals, including physicians, referral coordinators, and clinic managers. These attendees are not only decision-makers in patient care but also influential within their networks and communities, making them valuable long-term clients and referral sources.

Our event is designed to be an elevated, in-person experience that encourages meaningful engagement. Sponsors will gain visibility through curated goodie bags, on-site exposure, and direct interaction with attendees in a professional yet relaxed setting.

Additionally, this event emphasizes wellness, recovery, and community connection—aligning perfectly with brands in health, beauty, and lifestyle industries. Supporting this event allows sponsors to position themselves alongside a trusted healthcare provider while building authentic relationships with potential clients.

    Sady Vasquez

Hi! My name is Sady, and I’m the Marketing Coordinator and Doctor Liaison for The Summit Physical Therapy. I work closely with physicians, referral coordinators, and clinic teams throughout the Central Valley, focusing on building genuine relationships and creating meaningful experiences that bring our healthcare community together.

On a weekly basis, I visit 20–25 medical offices, so I’ve built strong, trusted connections with many of the providers who will be attending this event. Relationship-building is a huge part of what I do, and I take a lot of pride in making sure everything I organize feels thoughtful, well-executed, and valuable for everyone involved.

I’ve had the opportunity to plan several successful events and campaigns for our clinics, including grand openings and provider-focused luncheons, and they’ve consistently been well-received by both attendees and vendors. I’m very hands-on when it comes to planning and communication, and I make it a priority to ensure that every sponsor feels supported, represented well, and appreciated.

At the end of the day, my goal is to create a high-quality, welcoming event that not only highlights our new location but also gives sponsors real exposure and connection to a great group of healthcare professionals.
