We are thrilled to announce "Halloween on the Ave," our upcoming Halloween Event, taking place on October 20th, 2023, at the Farmers Market in Winter Park. This unique Halloween extravaganza also aims to support Base Camp for Kids, a local children's cancer foundation. Last year's "A Nightmare on Church Street" was an amazing event, and drawing inspiration from successful promotional events like Corks and Forks, Taste of Baldwin, Winter Park Wine & Dine, and The Whiskey, our event promises an unforgettable experience for over 800 attendees. We are committed to aligning your involvement seamlessly with your brand's goals and objectives, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership. The event will include live music with a full band and DJ, entertainment such as stilt walkers and tarot card readers, themed areas for selfies, a 360 camera, and a separate photo booth.
Throughout our comprehensive five-month marketing campaign, we will highlight your involvement as a valued sponsor, reaching an estimated audience of 500,000 to 1,000,000 impressions. Whether you join us physically or choose to contribute in the form of product donations or sponsorship dollars, your support will be recognized and celebrated. If you are unable to attend physically, we warmly welcome any contribution, whether in the form of product donations or sponsorship dollars. Your support will be recognized in our event marketing. There will be a silent auction where 100% of the proceeds from donated items go towards Base Camp Children's Cancer Foundation, 501(c)3.
