    Dancing Ape Films invites you to the premier of our award-winning documentary Hope's City, written and directed by Ricardo M Fleshman. This film explores the history of and revitalization efforts undertaken by Pamplin City, VA after it was added to the Virginia Endangered Historic Places List in 2014.

    Why should you sponsor?

    Sponsorship not only helps to create an event whereby people can view this heartfelt and authentic story about Pamplin City, it also helps to support the movie screening in Pamplin City, which Dancing Ape FIlms is doing at no cost for the residents of that city. It is our hope that by making more people aware about Pamplin City and their struggle, lasting change can be initiated to help the residents.

    I am the author of the award-nominated Detective Byone series of mystery books and the award-winning screenwriter of several screenplays, including Hope's City- which is my first directing role.
