About the event
The Lakeshore Earth Run will be a timed 5+kilometer run/walk by the shore of Toronto’s Lake Ontario. Participants will run along the shore to different workout stations to be challenged with body-weight exercises, unless limitations exist, in order to move to the next station. Participants will be given a sticker noting they have completed each station. Sponsorship prizes will be given to each finisher that completes the run.

Toronto Fitness Events promotes health and wellness through fitness/physical activity throughout the city of Toronto. Our mission is to improve physical and mental health, spread awareness of physical inactivity, and build the confidence of participants. We complete our mission by focusing on the enjoyable aspects of exercise. We host fitness events such as; runs, walks, cycling, boot camps, yoga, zumba, dance, and more – which are made suitable for all ages.
Shane MosoffInterested in fitness, health and the well-being of others my entire life, I have always pursued changing other's lives for the better. I am a graduate from Seneca college with a Fitness and Health Promotion diploma, a Certified Personal Trainer with Canfit Pro, a Half-Ironman Finisher, a fourth degree black belt in karate, and an hard, dedicated worker. Creating my business in 2019 called Toronto Fitness Events, my goal is to promote physical activity and wellness throughout Toronto by hosting fitness events. I believe if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life.
