Solicitation for Support – NCF Robotics Team Activus, MARC 2026 Robotics Championship (Taiwan)

Dear Ma’am/Sir,

We, the team of NCF Robotics Team Activus of Naga College Foundation, respectfully request your generous support as we prepare to represent our institution and the Philippines at the MARC 2026 Robotics Championship in Taipei, Taiwan, on May 29–June 1, 2026. Our delegation consists of 3 team members, 2 coaches, and 1 assistant coach who have dedicated extensive time to developing our competition robot for this prestigious international event focused on mecha education and robotics innovation.

Estimated budget per participant (USD):

• Airline ticket and taxes: 410 USD

• Registration and hotel (4 days, 3 nights with breakfast; competition; opening ceremony; souvenir bag; 2 lunches; MARC Ambassador Party; hotel–venue shuttle): 600 USD

• Admin fee: 50 USD

• Airport transfer: 30 USD

• City tour: 20 USD

Total per person: 1,110 USD
Total for 6 participants: 6,660 USD (approximately 412,920 PHP at 1 USD = 62 PHP)

I am John Mark De La Torre, the head coach and trainer of the NCF Robotics Team Activus from Naga College Foundation in Naga City, Philippines. I lead our student team in designing, building, and programming competition-ready robots, and I am responsible for coordinating our preparations and logistics for the MARC 2026 Robotics Championship in Taiwan.
