About the event
MiniNAMS is an annual tournament between Northern Medical School Hockey clubs. This year it is hosted by Sheffield Medic's Hockey Club, a diverse and active hockey club with around 80 active members. On the weekend in question 200 students come together to play hockey and follow that up by going out on the town in the host city.
Why should you sponsor?
The tournament represents an opportunity to spread branding all over the country. Each attendee recieves a branded T-shirt which will, after the weekend in question return home with them to cities all over England. The 4 clubs involved in the tournament all have active social media presences and are socially active each organising numerous charity fundraising events.
We are looking for sponsors to help support the event, and can offer in return printing on Event t-shirts and social media exposure on Club as well as the hundreds of personal accounts. There is an additional opportunity for brand promotion in the goody bags given to each attendee, they have previously included small branded items such as bottle openers, drinks and sunglasses.
Joe HughesI am Joe, a Medical student at Sheffield and part of the team organising this year's tournament. I have previously Captained the Hockey club here in Sheffield and so have prevoius experience organising events, communicating with sponsors and managing social media accounts. This is my 4th year living in Sheffield and I have loved every minute of it, I want to do the city proud by putting on a great weekend for the other hockey clubs from around the country.

This presents an opportunity for branding to be represented all over the country and is aided by the social media presence of not one but 4 separate clubs. Each attendee will receive a T-shirt and goody bag for the weekend, logo printing on the T-shirts is available as well as an advertisement opportunity in the form of the goody bag's contents.

Our hockey tournament caters to around 250 medical students from around the country. The tournament brings together 4 different Medical School hockey teams and so represents multiple opportunities for brand exposure on Club as well as personal social media profiles. At the beginning of the weekend each attendee receives a goody bag which, historically, has included drinks among other items.
