Mmaarona Music Festival is aiming at giving back to the community more especially women organizations 

Why should you sponsor?

Mmaarona Music Festival is a festival that will be done on the eve of mothers day, its mandate is to celebrate all mothers or women, we want them to feel loved as recently they are now victims of GBV, rape and all sorts of abuse. The aim is to bring the love back. It doesn't end there, women in Botswana lose their confidence and esteem at a tender age, so Mmaarona is aiming at giving back to women organizations. We will start at giving learners from primary sanitary pads as we are aware that a girl child in Botswana can struggle with her necessities so that will destroy her esteem. Like the name Mmaarona states "our mother" this festival will do good to all like its a norm in setswana culture for women to care for all, artists will also be supported as many struggle with bookings as festivals in Botswana are few and only familiar faces tend to benefit. Business wise in Palapye will also escalate as street vendors will capitalize and shops will also benefit as the population during that particular day will escalate making the buying power to increase. Getting the sponsorship will be beneficial in that matter

Seeletso Bafiti

My name is Seeletso Bafiti a male of 30 years, growing up i lived in a small town called Orapa so there i never witnessed severe poverty as i lived in a mine town. I will visit my village when school closes, there i will see something different from what i am used to. The struggle was real in the village. When i was done with school i went to work in one of the remotest countries in Botswana, Seronga. People in this village are still stuck in the iron age, learners stay alone in the village whilst elders stay at the cattlepost doing farming. So money is not what they are used to, so this negativity affect a girl child more as they have more necessities as compared to a boy child. This made me to assist but because i was short  of resources I couldn't manage. But once God blesses with this sponsorship i will make a difference. As a teacher I believe i can be trusted enough
