OVERVIEW Muddy Dash is not your average mud run. Navigate a series of 15+ challenging obstacles and get down and dirty along the way. Come face to face with the elements as you trudge through mud, climb rock formations, and be blasted by foam cannons that wash you off as you cross the finish line. This world-class 5K requires teamwork, courage, endurance, and will push you to your limits.

Muddy Dash is a mud run that takes place over approximately three miles. Participants can expect to run, walk, crawl, wade, jump, swing, and slide through over twelve muddy moments and one clean one . We will get you muddy and then clean you off!
