About the event
Our Lady Queen of Peace School
Our Lady Queen of Peace is a Catholic grade school located in House Springs Missouri. It’s part of a parish with 4,800 parishioners. We are a 501(c)3 organization. At OLQP we are committed to educating the “Whole Child” spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, socially, and physically. We offer a strong academic curriculum inspired by the best practices in education. We maintain a vibrant faith community and worship in ways that enable us to live our faith.
We are hosting a Sporting Clays Tournament on September 30th at St. Louis Skeet & Trap in Pacific, MO. This is our inaugural event. We are planning to have 120 participants and a goal of raising $20,000. We are hoping you could help us reach our goal. There will be marking spaces available for sponsors to display and demo their products. This is a two flight event so half of the participants at any time will be free to engage with our sponsors and try out their products or play a fun side game. We encourage our sponsors to have fun and interactive ways of engaging our participants. We will gladly set up a marking space for you if you can not attend. I have merchandising experience and can follow a Plan o gram.
If you are unable to attend as part of your sponsorship package we can substitute additional signage at the event or we have partnered up with another organization Missouri Kids Unplugged to donate unused entries to their group. MKU is focused on enlightening today’s youth on the importance of outdoor living and healthy lifestyles. They can be found at http://missourikidsunplugged.org/
In addition we would like to request any items that could be given away to all of our participants in the event grab bags. We would really like to give our participants and sponsors a great experience. We would especially like to give our youth participants an extra special package of items to encourage youth involvement in our event.

By becoming one of our sponsors you‘ll be able to help us fund things like updating our computer lab with new computers and adding Wi-Fi to the school, Playground equipment, the D.A.R.E program, teachers’ salaries, and the STEM lab program.
