About the event
Its a Inter-university hackathon amoung students, who compete to win prices and awards, based on their track and innovation.
Why should you sponsor?
We are hosting a event with relation to QMUL London, and since its our first hackathons we are open to all sponsorships. We will also give you the oppurtunity to speak about your product or service and would help you bring out potential candidates, for interships and other opportunities. We would also place your name alongside our banner which will help in your marketing as well.
Frayansh RawalWe are members of the AI-Society at QMUL, and have attended multiple hackathons and events in the past so we do have fair bit of knowledge as to how hackathons work. A few of us are currently studying CS or AI, all at QMUL. We are therefore experienced people within the CS world.

We need a Venue that can host around 200 people with seating arrangements and desks, where each desk has a port nearby to connect if possible. We are hoping to scatter the 200 guests around the venue so that they can work in their respective zones and teams.

We are expecting around 200 people for the event and need to provide lunch and dinner on both the days, so if possible we could do that. One more request if possible is a continuous supply of refreshments, it's okay if not possible.
