About the event
RABIDFEST is a non-profit organisation that runs an annual Rock & Heavy metal festival in Oxfordshire, UK. We are partnered with the charity RACPA UK (Rock Against Child Pornography and Abuse) to whom we donate all our profits, as well as host a charity auction. RACPA are a tiny charity that works 100% on donations so we make it our mission to make sure we can help them out as much as possible. We try to achieve this by bringing in some of the best national and international bands from across Europe, as well as showcasing the best bands Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties have to offer.
Why should you sponsor?
We are looking for a small amount of financial help to be able to cover the essentials of running a festival. This includes Health & Safety consultations, paying security guards, band fees and buying merchandise to sell. Any investment in RABIDFEST would solely be used to fund these essential elements, so as to make sure our event is safe, accessable and enjoyable for all.
Greg BrownMy name is Greg and I am one of the founding members of RABIDFEST. Our mission statement is to provide an enjoyable Rock and Metal festival to Oxfordshire. This has developed into a public platform that enables us to promote our chosen charity - RACPA UK. I want to set an example to my family and others around me that supporting a worthy cause is extremely important. The work that RACPA do is invaluable and at a time when child abuse and sexual abuse are becoming more and more prevelant in modern society, I am proud to say that i can support them.
