Relax • Focus • Heal: Self Care and Wellness Expo is not just any ordinary expo. In the world and city we live in now, self care is needed more than ever. This expo is a deeper dive to what self care truly is. We are providing you with the tools you need to understand self care and how to execute it in your daily lives. We will provide live yoga, meditation and sound bath sessions. There will be a mental health therapist panel, life coaches and so much more. Plus vendors that will have some key essentials to help you as you start, continue or revise your self care journey.
