    Why should you sponsor?

Family violence remains a significant issue within the Wyndham community, with many
incidents still unreported and support services often accessed only at crisis point. Raising
awareness, improving understanding of early warning signs, and clearly promoting where
and how to seek help are essential to preventing harm and supporting affected individuals
    and families.
Education and community awareness play a critical role in breaking stigma, encouraging
help-seeking, and promoting respectful relationships. **Rotary Safe Families** addresses
these needs through practical education, resources and referral pathways that empower
individuals and communities to recognise, respond and act early.
The *Rhythms & Rides for Change* Festival is designed primarily as an awareness-raisin
g initiative. It provides a highly visible, accessible platform to share information, connect
people with support services, and promote prevention messages in a safe, inclusive
community setting, while also supporting ongoing education and recovery programs
