About the event

Over 3.5 million people in a variety of industries in the UK work on shifts. Poorly designed shift-working arrangements and long working hours that do not balance the demands of work with time for rest and recovery can result in fatigue, accidents, injuries and ill health.

The conference has been developed to examine Shift work challenges that are faced by employees across UK especially the healthcare and emergency services which are 24/7.
