Being an Innovator and serial entrepreneur I've honed many crafts by taking on the challenge of learning. I take great interest in understanding and implementing new trends, I've studied Applied Behavioral Analyst, Psychology as well as Management Information Systems, and Organizational Leadership. 

Owner of The Small Business Boutique in Philadelphia, this is the brick and mortar for the amazing compainies I've developed over the years which includes, My Biz Consulting LLC, providing Technology implementation, as well as manage services for small businesses, Freelancers and the Artist community, Networking events, Life Coaching and Financial Advancement. Founder and a host on In Da Streets Radio an internet based Hip Hop radio station consisting of several shows. MBC Community Growth Initiative our non-profit for adult growth, youth mentorship, financial education and an Online School, Real Life Educators Academy. 

Experienced in Business technology. Working in this type of enviornment for many years allowed me the opportunity to challenge new trends, remain hands on, meet and remain in the loop of the work force, gain real knowledge & assess the needs of the community.

Our companies are ran in the cloud we use the latest technology in marketing to help promote our brand along with automating social media and appointment scheduling to say the least. We are a team of technologist, cyber security experts, web designers, programmers, administrators, graphic designers and stealth marketing experts we leverage the work that is needed by keeping it all in-house with the ability to operate as a large corporation with a small budget.
