    Our Mission...

...is to CREATE original, Broadway-style jazz dance musicals that engage, Entertain, and INSPIRE audiences.

COLLIDE is a Twin Cities based non-profit performing arts company dedicated creating original Broadway style jazz dance musicals.

After a career in New York and Los Angeles, founder and artistic director Regina Peluso created COLLIDE to bring the energy and tradition of jazz- dance musical theater to her hometown of Minneapolis.

Influenced by the work of renowned masters Bob Fosse (creator of “Chicago” and other classic jazz-dance works) and Jerome Robbins (creator of “West Side Story” and many more musical productions), COLLIDE’s work is rooted in this classically American and wholly accessible jazz-dance tradition.

COLLIDE’s four most important values are 1. Maintain accessible ticket pricing

COLLIDE creates two original jazz dance musicals and performs at least five community and outreach events per year. COLLIDE employs over 70 local Twin Cities dancers, actors, vocalists, musicians, and theater technicians per year.

Our audiences vary in ethnic, cultural, economic, age, special needs, and gender demographics.
