STEM Racing is a student engineering competition where teams design, build, and race a miniature Formula-1–style car while applying real-world science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Participants work like a professional racing team using CAD software, aerodynamics, data analysis, and manufacturing techniques while also managing branding, teamwork, budgeting, and presentations. The competition tests not only speed on the track but also innovation, problem-solving, and communication skills, preparing students for future careers in engineering, technology, and motorsport-related industries.

I am Aarav Pratap, the Sponsorship and Marketing Manager for our STEM racing team, AerBlitz Xtreme. In my role, I manage all aspects of sponsorship outreach, brand partnerships, and promotional activities, ensuring that our sponsors receive maximum visibility and engagement. I coordinate marketing strategies, create professional proposals, and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential sponsors. My goal is to connect innovative brands with our high-performing team, which recently achieved 2nd place, and to showcase their support in a way that highlights their commitment to STEM education, technology, and youth development.
