Summer outing- Cedar Point,

Post, Goshen, Indiana, United States Post, Goshen, Indiana, United States

  • About the event

The Post Youth Center in Goshen aims at providing a fun and safe environment for teens in the Goshen area. The Post is a non-profit that teens 6th grade to 12th grade can come, get a meal, play games, and build relationships. Many of our teens and their families can not afford to go on a summer vacation and with the circumstances the world is facing today, it makes it very difficult for our teens to get out. Each summer we take our teens on summer outings ranging from lake days, to escape rooms in the area. We are so proud of our teens for finishing the school year despite moving online and being uprooted from a normal schedule and would love to bless them with a fun summer trip. Staff has discussed and thought that a day trip to Cedar Point would be a fun filled day trip we could take with the teens. Our programing budget is not sufficient enough to fund this trip and we would love for you to be a sponsor so we can bless our teens with a fun summer outing they can remember for years to come. Please consider sponsoring this outing or other summer outings.

    Why should you sponsor?

Many of our teens come from families that cannot affod to take a nice family vacation. With everything that is going on, many of our teens have been stuck at home in unstable homes that may not provide adaqaute food. Every summer we take teens on summe outings so they can have a memoriable summer. This year we are so proud of our teens for being able to finish school despite being uprooted and moved online and would love to give them a one of kind treat and take a group to cedar point.
