About the event
My name is Brandon Henson and I’m inquiring about obtaining sponsorship for an event at Talladega Superspeedway in Lincoln Alabama. The event will be from April 23rd-27th, 2025. We host an all-week concert event during race week at Talladega Superspeedway every year. Our location for our event is directly in the middle of Talladega Boulevard, on the infield of the race track. We typically see numbers of people in the high hundreds of thousands that attend our events throughout each race week at Talladega Superspeedway. We’re looking to obtain sponsorships from companies that go hand in hand with our image and atmosphere, and we would love to collaborate with you. The event sponsorship would help us provide the necessary production, rental equipment, and helping us bring in the acts to perform, which are well known up and coming acts from across the country. We also have numerous nascar drivers, celebrities and nascar officials that attend our events in our VIP areas. We would be able to provide lodging for the week for your crew, all entry credentials to the track, a merchandise section, as well as a secured VIP area for you all to enjoy the race week including meals and beverages.
