From the time of payment, all sponsors logos will be included on the Conference web page. In addition, the sponsors’ logo will be included in other conference promotions including social media and in the cover material of the conference agenda/application with sponsorship level clearly designated. Sponsors will be acknowledged before and after keynote speech on the screen of the conference hall. Your promotional materials and promotional gifts will be included in the attendees’ registration package. Additional promotional opportunities per sponsorship level are described below: • Sponsor’s Logo and thanks for the contribution will be on the TESOL Kuwait homepage/ social media such as Facebook and Instagram plus all the webpages related to the conference • Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on the main page of TESOL Kuwait site for six months since the moment of payment with a link to business page • TESOL Kuwait members will receive two emails with links and information from the sponsor after the conference. Information included will be verified and validated by TESOL Kuwait • Conference Passes: 5 complimentary attendee passes which can be used by sponsor employees or awarded as scholarships for teachers. • Promotional sponsor’s video clip projected on the registration area (back of registration desk) • Signage: display signage (rollups) in the conference registration area, on the conference main stage and conference seminar/workshop rooms. • Exhibition opportunity: you will have a company stand near the conference registration area where you will promote, exhibit or demonstrate your company’s products. • Opening Session: 5 minutes’ motivational speech expressing corporate support for TESOL-Kuwait.
