About the event

LONG ISLAND CITY FC is a 501c3 non profit organization created and owned by one of NY top and finest soccer coach "Coach Kofi". Well known soccer coach in long island NY. Looking forward to helping young soccer athletes who wants to play professional soccer make it there. I have helped about 50+ athletes make it into the USL, NPSL, Asl and mostly the MLS.. 

The main focus of the club is to 
• To empower youth using the beautiful game of soccer, and to create leaders who excel both on and off the field. 
• To mentor players, providing encouragement as they work toward their life goals. 
•To assist players, when they are ready to move to the next level- whether that means college or professional soccer. 

Our focus is on the following: 
•recruiting talent in the community, including youth from lower income neighborhoods who otherwise might not have access to facilities or resources to play 
•introducing the worldwide game of soccer to those young people who have not yet been exposed to it 
• providing a safe environment for our players to learn and improve their skills 
•helping the community to build strong young citizens, with a focus on education and a better future 
•contributing to the community by providing positive activities and bringing the community together to be involved in the club.
