Well, let’s just say any festival that lures some of the best local chefs, culinary stars and celebrated winemakersand brewmasters means serious gastronomic pleasure is in order. As one of the largest wine and food festivals in the region, the Valley toCoast Food, Wine & Beer Festival will shine the light on the Hunter Valley,Central Coast and beyond's thriving food scene. We've got our eyes and ears peeled for the east coasts most drool-worthy restaurants and newest food trends to hit the streets, bringing you an epicurean experience unlike any other. The magnitude of culinary talent in this region combined with a showcase of the premiere wines, beers, ciders and the regions's trendsetting culinary masters, makes attendance at the Valley to Coast Food, Wine &Beer Festival a mouthwatering feast.
