About the event

My event is a launch party for my website: What's Next Mel? (www.whatsnextmel.com). What's Next Mel is about millennials and the next generation on their contributions to society. It's time to initiate a conversation with one another on our future ideas through fashion, beauty, travel, and lifestyle. 

We talk about a new app that is changing politics, mental health, fashion in the present and future, and travel stories. This website is about building a community with one another to learn more about how we can support each other's ideas and make a better future. We stay on trend and up to date with society and the culture around us. 

After launching the website, we hope to start to add vlogs on different topics with a panel of different people and views. We also look forward to starting a podcast where we can sit down and talk to different people in different career fields, cultures, and innovators. 

This launch party is an event that will open the public eye to the website and build a community for others to meet each other in their fields and different avenues of life to come together and support one another. I hope this launch party will be a gateway to more gatherings of support and fun for everyone along with What's Next Mel?

Why should you sponsor?

A sponsor supporting my event will allow individuals to come together to support the launch of my website and building a community for one another. It will allow people to connect with one another through their different hobbies, interest, and ideas that they have. A sponsor will be able to help from the beginning of this website and allow this launch party to help build it to something bigger!

Hi, I am Melanie Kinchen. I have recently started and will be launching my website What's Next Mel? this August 2019. My website like I described in my pitch is about sharing new and innovative ideas with other millennials & the next generations to support the future of our society.

I came up with this website after realizing that I wanted to build a community that showcased my projects and ventures but others as well. I wanted to be able to bring topics to light and start a discussion with one another. I wanted to share tips and tricks on how to score cheap flights overseas so others can immerse themselves in other cultures. I wanted to share fashion and beauty tips with other fashion and beauty lovers across social media and the internet. 

I am an entrepreneur but also the creative director of my website that will lead to vlogs and podcasts in the future. I wish to build a large community that will allow people to feel comfortable to connect and support one another through fashion, beauty, travel, and lifestyle. I hope to begin this journey with my launch party for my website.
