Who we are:
Women with Purpose is a complete empowering initiative. Founded by The Lavender Group, LLC. The Lavender Group, LLC is dedicated to the empowerment and advancement of women . The Lavender Group founder, Siobhan Cefarelli believes in supporting women in discovering and pursuing their life purpose.
This Women with Purpose initiative includes the Women with Purpose Show, Corporate Wellness Programs, Educational Retreats, and Empowering Lunch and Learns, and Networking Breakfast opportunities.
The monthly Networking Breakfast meets every 4th Friday of the month at Brookdale Chatfield in West Hartford, Connecticut. It is a morning breakfast event from 7:30am – 10am. The event includes networking, an educational presentation with topics centered around empowering women Emotionally, Physically, Spiritually, and Mentally so that they can perform at their highest ability at work, at home, and in the community.
The Women with Purpose Networking Breakfast meeting attracts professional women 35+. These women: are educated professionals such as doctors and attorneys but also work for corporations, non-profit organizations, offer freelance services, and are entrepreneurs and business owners.
They are motivated and active consumers and purchase decision makers that want to make a difference in the world – locally, regionally, nationally, and beyond.

Siobhan CefarelliThe Lavender Group’s founder, Siobhan, is a Life Coach and marketing expert with more than 20 years of experience as a marketing and business development executive in both media and senior living industries. While gaining this experience she developed a reputation for innovation, creativity, and delivering unique and exceptional results.
She left her corporate career to pursue a life she could be passionate about. Her mission is to take her own experience of overcoming challenges and her life experience and use it to help women.
Siobhan supports women in discovering and pursuing their life purpose. Living the life, they want to live every day. She is passionate about supporting people out of suffering and limitations and into fulfilment.
