The conference attracts hundreds of attendees for three days of dynamic programming, executive-level insights, and thought-provoking presentations. On September 11th, the conference will open with engaging programming followed by a dynamic evening networking experience. On September 12th, our featured programming day will conclude with an elevated signature experience - The Women of Color Empowerment Gala. This highly anticipated evening will bring together leaders, executives, and change-makers for a powerful celebration of impact, excellence, and legacy in honor of our 15-year milestone. The conference will conclude on September 13th with our signature Sisterhood Breakfast, featuring jazz and intentional connection.
