My name is John Paglinawan, and I’ve been deeply involved in competitive volleyball for over a decade. It’s not just a sport to me — it’s a central part of my identity. During my time at university, I served as both the Club President and Captain of the Men’s Team for four years, leading with commitment, strategy, and a strong sense of community.

Since 2014, I’ve travelled across Europe 3–5 times a year to compete in Inter-European tournaments, connecting with players and clubs from all over the world. I’m at my happiest on the court — volleyball is my true passion, and I've always dreamed of building something lasting around it.

That dream came to life last year when I founded my own volleyball club. In just one year, we've grown into a vibrant and dedicated community. Our upcoming tournament is not just a celebration of that milestone — it's the first of many initiatives we plan to launch as we continue to grow and support volleyball in our region.

I take pride in creating a professional, inclusive, and exciting experience for players and fans alike. This tournament is organised with care, integrity, and ambition — and I’m seeking partners who share that same spirit to help make it a standout event.
