Dead Letter Society is organizing Dead Letter Fest, an independently produced alternative music
event centered around Midwest emo, indie, punk, and DIY culture. Beyond hosting a live show,
the goal of the event is to create a highly shareable media environment that connects artists,
audiences, fashion, and community through live performances, digital content, and authentic
experiences. Through artist reposting, recap media, photography, and audience-generated
content, the event is positioned to generate meaningful organic visibility within a rapidly
growing alternative youth market deeply connected to music, skate culture, DIY communities,
and contemporary streetwear culture. The event will be hosted at Old Dog Tavern in
Kalamazoo, MI on August 15th, 2026 with a maximum capacity of 500 attendees.
