FOAM is a new independent beer festival taking place at Stalybridge Civic Hall, Greater Manchester, on 13th & 14th November 2026.
Across three sessions, FOAM will bring together 10 leading independent breweries from across the UK, including Cloudwater, Verdant, Pomona Island, Sureshot, Black Iris, Braybrooke and Tartarus.
Unlike a traditional beer festival, the breweries will be there pouring their own beer, with each brewery asked to bring some of the best and most interesting beers they have available — including special releases, unusual styles and beers rarely seen at festivals.
Tickets are all-inclusive, giving attendees the opportunity to explore the breweries and beers without tokens or paying for individual pours.
Alongside the main brewery line-up, FOAM will feature the Cellar Series, where rare and special large-format bottles will be opened and shared throughout the weekend, plus independent food, music, a free photo booth, The Snack Bar and other elements designed to make FOAM feel as much like a great day or night out as a traditional beer festival.
The first FOAM has a capacity of up to 795 attendees across the weekend, with the ambition to establish it as an annual event in Stalybridge and grow the FOAM brand in future years.
FOAM gives sponsors the opportunity to become involved with a new independent event at the beginning of its growth, while reaching a highly engaged audience of craft beer, food and hospitality consumers.
Interest in the first festival has already been strong, with over 100 tickets sold almost three months before the eventand FOAM's Instagram content generating more than 280,000 views in a 30-day period.
We can offer sponsors significantly more than simply placing a logo on event signage. Partnership opportunities include branding on festival glassware, wristbands, roadside advertising around Stalybridge, beer mats and dedicated areas of the festival, alongside digital promotion, collaborative social content, ticket giveaways and complimentary tickets for staff or clients.
Every attendee receives a FOAM festival glass to use throughout their session and take home, creating an opportunity for sponsor branding to remain with customers well beyond the event itself.
FOAM is also being built with a strong connection to Stalybridge and Greater Manchester. The festival will bring visitors into the town, work with independent businesses and create additional spending within the local hospitality economy.
We are particularly interested in developing genuine partnerships rather than simply selling advertising space, and can work with sponsors to create an activation or package that makes sense for their brand.
I’m Alex, founder of FOAM Beer Festival.
FOAM is my first independently organised festival, and I’ve been building the event from the ground up — from developing the brand and securing the venue to bringing together the brewery line-up, marketing the festival and building partnerships with local and national businesses.
My background is in hospitality, working professionally as a chef, which has given me a strong understanding of food, drink and creating great experiences for people.
FOAM started from a simple idea: to bring some of the best independent breweries in the UK to Stalybridge and create the kind of beer festival I would personally want to attend — relaxed, social, quality-focused and without the usual token system.
The ambition goes beyond the first festival. I want to establish FOAM as an annual event, build strong relationships with breweries and businesses, and develop the brand into something that becomes a recognised part of the independent beer and hospitality scene in Greater Manchester.

https://www.sponsormyevent.com/foam-beer-festival-stalybridgeThe main sponsorship opportunity for FOAM, available to one business only. The Festival Partner receives the most prominent physical and digital exposure across the event, including branding on every FOAM festival glass and wristband, as well as presence on FOAM's roadside advertising banners around Stalybridge in the run-up to the festival. The partnership also includes branded beer mats throughout the venue, event signage, website presence, social media promotion and 10 complimentary festival tickets. The aim is to give the partner exposure before, during and after FOAM — from thousands of local people seeing the pre-event campaign, to attendees interacting with the brand throughout the festival, to taking the branded glass home afterwards. Includes: festival glasses · wristbands · roadside banners · beer mats · event signage · website · social media · 10 tickets.

A more beer-focused partnership attached to one of the festival's most distinctive features. The FOAM Cellar Series will see breweries bring something particularly rare or special from their cellars, presented in 750ml or larger bottles and opened for attendees at scheduled moments throughout the weekend. It'll be deliberately informal — special bottles, limited pours and potentially a little bit of chaos when they're opened. The sponsor would become the official partner of the Cellar Series, with their branding attached to the series across social media, festival signage and wherever the pours take place. I'd include 6 complimentary FOAM tickets. Includes: Cellar Series naming/branding · dedicated signage · social content · website presence · event recognition · 6 tickets.

A smaller but actually quite attractive sponsorship because every attendee should interact with it. FOAM will have clearly marked free drinking-water stations positioned around the festival, encouraging people to stay hydrated throughout the sessions. The sponsor's branding would appear prominently at the water stations alongside a simple message such as: FREE WATER AT FOAM provided with [SPONSOR] It's a positive, responsible association for the brand and gives them repeated physical exposure throughout the festival. I'd include 4 complimentary tickets. Includes: branding at all water stations · website presence · social Story coverage · event recognition · 4 tickets.
