Grand Reopening of Immanuel Wilson Wallace Outreach Services Incorporation. A non profit organization that has many programs under it's foundation. Including a childcare called The Heart of Immanuel Child Learning Center.

This organization helps many youth and young adult over several years. Teen parents have and will continue to have a safe and loving environment for their children to go without having to worry about paying for childcare. Immanuel believe in giving back to the community. At Immanuel we offer many discounts even free tuition to those in need and qualify.
