Haven Farm Christmas 2026 is a ticketed outdoor Christmas light show at Haven Farm in Knightdale, NC.
For 13 nights, 500–1,000 people a night sit on the lawn and watch a music-synced show: a 28-foot farmhouse false front on the west lawn that’s pixel-mapped like a screen, an 18-foot mega tree, singing trees, and light arches over the gravel drive. The existing barn and pavilion get outlined and host s’mores, photos, Santa, and a Grinch-style character.
It’s a first-year barn show for Triangle families — not a drive-through, not a mall display. Lights lock to the music. Fireworks wait until year two.
**Because you are not buying a logo on a flyer. You are buying 13 nights of Triangle families looking at your name while a house dances to Christmas music.**
Haven Farm Christmas 2026 is a first-year, ticketed light show in Knightdale. Target is **500–1,000 guests a night × 13 nights** — that’s **6,500–13,000 family visits** in December, almost all parents with kids, almost all inside 30 miles. They came to watch, wait, photograph, and post. That is a captive holiday audience, not a scroll.
**What a sponsor actually gets**
| They want | You give them |
|---|---|
| Brand in the show, not next to it | Name on the mega-tree star, pixel arches, house windows, photo backdrop |
| Proof people saw it | Families film the drop. Your lockup is in the clip they send to the group chat |
| A reason to stand in a line | Santa + Grinch porch photos, s’mores, cocoa — each station can be “presented by” |
| Local media | WRAL pitch is a free family night. One 6 o’clock hit is a month of ads with your name on the night |
| Influencer reach | 10–15 Triangle mom accounts, one post each, at the show you underwrite |
| Exclusivity | First year. Category can still be owned. Next year it is a bidding war |
**Why this is a better buy than a banner**
- **Repeat nights.** A concert is one impression. This is two weeks of the same lawn, same families coming back with cousins.
- **UGC is the media plan.** The product is a house that sings. People record it. Paid social ($2,000), WRAL ($1,000), and mom accounts ($500 in tickets) push that footage past the gate.
- **Clean site.** No billboards, no yard signs, no grocery flyers. The only brands on the property are the ones who paid to be in the show.
- **Right customer.** Parents. Holiday spend. Local. That is banks, pediatric dentists, auto dealers, grocery, homebuilders, credit unions, HVAC, pediatric practices.
**The honest first-year argument**
You are not buying a proven tradition. You are buying **founding status** — title, presenting, or a named activation (Tree, Arches, Santa Porch, S’mores) — at the price of a new show, not a 10-year brand. If the first two weekends sell out, you were on the clip that made the rest of the run.
**One line for the ask**
*Put your name on the house, the tree, or the porch. Thirteen nights of Knightdale families will film it, and we will run it on Facebook, Instagram, and — if WRAL takes the family night — at six o’clock.*
**Haven Farm is not a pop-up. It is a working venue in Knightdale, and this is our first Christmas show — not our first night with a thousand people on the grass.**

**Who you are talking to**
I run Haven Farm. It is a real property with a barn, a pavilion, a gravel drive, and a west lawn. We already host on this ground: a mid-August wellness weekend that drew about **2,000 people**, monthly barn open mics at **150–200**, plus private events. Sponsors are not underwriting a vacant field and a dream. They are putting their name on a site that has already held a crowd, parked cars, and sent people home.
Before the farm I spent **10+ years in luxury automotive service in Raleigh** — Maserati and BMW. That job is estimates, complaints, and not surprising the customer. I led a team to its first profit year on more than **$5 million** in service. A sponsor brand is the same problem: if the night is sloppy, your logo is standing in the slop. I do not sell a night I cannot run.
---
**Why the Christmas show is a controlled product**
- **The set is designed, not sketched.** A 28×20 farmhouse false front on the west lawn, 18-foot mega tree, singing trees, six drive arches, barn and pavilion wrap. About **12,000 pixels**, one controller language. We are not wrapping a neighbor’s house. We are not pretending the barn is a bungalow.
- **Year one is built to finish.** Music-sync, photo ops, s’mores, Santa on the porch. **No pyro** until the fire marshal and the budget both say yes.
- **The audience is local families**, inside 30 miles, 13 nights, 500–1,000 a night. That is the Triangle holiday customer — parents with kids, phones out, at the one moment of the year they actually want to be sold to.
- **The media plan is already written.** $2,000 in Facebook/Instagram to parents, a WRAL family-night pitch, 10–15 Triangle mom accounts comped in. We skip billboards and yard signs so the only brands on the property are the ones who paid to be in the show.

**What “trust” means in writing**
| Fear | The answer |
|---|---|
| First-year show, no track record | First-year *show*. The *venue* already ran 2,000 people in August. |
| Will the production look cheap next to my logo? | The house is the screen. If the drop is weak, we do not put your name on the tree. |
| Will my brand sit next to junk? | No billboards, no inflatables, no grocery flyers. Named activations only: tree, arches, porch, s’mores, VIP. |
| What if nobody comes? | The whole ad plan is sell out the first two weekends. If we cannot do that, you should not be on the house. |
| Who is accountable at 9 p.m. when something breaks? | The same person who designed the plot, wrote the budget, and already ran nights on this lawn. |

**The line to say out loud**
*I am not asking you to invent Christmas in Knightdale. I am asking you to put your name on a farm that already holds a crowd, on a show we can actually build this year, in front of the families you already want. If we do this right in 2026, you were the brand that was here first.*
