About the event
The Iowa Gravel Series has always been about having a great day in the saddle. We’re using gravel roads to connect people with communities through fitness and adventure.
Why should you sponsor?
Gravel cyclist come from all walks of life, but they tend to share a common commitment to hard work, community, fitness, and adventure. It's no wonder that the avergage cyclist is in the upper-income level for their community and demographic. They also tend to be key influencers in their profession and social groups. These are the people others respect and go to for advice and having your brand on the top of their mind is a great path to succes.
Chris McQueenChris McQueen is a native of Utah and has lived and ridden his bike in Idaho, Michigan, California, and now calls Glenwood, Iowa home. He lives in the Loess Hills with his wife and four sons.
Chris started the Iowa Gravel Series in 2021 after putting on the 2020 Glenwood Gravel Grinder. Apparently starting a gravel race and then a series of races in the middle of a pandemic seemed like a good idea. Since 2020 IGS events have welcomed thousands of racers and riders from all over the midwest to explore some of the best parts of Iowa.
