About the event

Never Forget This: Halloween Festival is a large-scale, independently produced Halloween music and entertainment experience taking place in Orlando, Florida. Built around the Central Florida community, the event brings together thousands of young adults for an immersive night featuring two stages, 15+ local DJs, EDM, hip-hop and Latin music, interactive Halloween production, themed environments, vendors, food, games, and premium R.I.P. experiences. Our goal is to create a safe, memorable Halloween destination where people can experience something much bigger than a traditional nightclub or party.

NFT EVENTS is a young, grassroots company built from the ground up with a strong connection to Orlando’s college and young-professional audience. Our previous Halloween event welcomed approximately 2,800 attendees, and our promotional campaigns have generated more than 1.5 million impressions while growing our social community significantly. This year, we are building the event on an even larger scale and are looking for brand partners who want to authentically connect with thousands of highly engaged 18–25-year-old consumers through on-site activations, social media, giveaways, branded experiences, content, and long-term partnership opportunities.

Why should you sponsor?

Sponsoring Never Forget This: Halloween Festival gives brands the opportunity to connect directly with a highly engaged 18–25-year-old audience in one of Orlando’s most active entertainment and college markets. Rather than offering simple logo placement, we focus on creating partnerships that put brands directly into the experience through on-site activations, giveaways, social media collaborations, branded content, stage exposure, product integration, and memorable interactions with attendees. Our previous Halloween event welcomed approximately 2,800 guests, and our promotional campaigns generated more than 1.5 million impressions, giving sponsors exposure both before the event and throughout the night.

Sponsors are also supporting a young, independent, locally built event company with significant room for long-term growth. NFT EVENTS has been built from the ground up without the backing of a major festival corporation, and our focus is on creating something that can become an annual Orlando Halloween tradition. We want to build genuine relationships with brands that grow alongside the festival, giving early partners the opportunity to establish themselves with our community now and potentially become a recognizable part of the event for years to come.

NFT EVENTS is an Orlando-based event production company focused on creating large-scale, immersive experiences for the Central Florida college and young-adult community. Built independently from the ground up, NFT EVENTS combines music, themed production, nightlife, and community-driven marketing to create events that feel bigger, more memorable, and more interactive than a traditional club night.

Our team is made up of young creatives and recent college graduates who understand the audience we are building for because we are part of that same community. Through consistent grassroots promotion, social media, and large-scale events, NFT EVENTS has developed a growing presence throughout Orlando and the UCF community. Our long-term goal is to continue expanding our events while building lasting relationships with attendees, artists, venues, and brand partners.
