About the event
New Mexico Tech Week (NMTW for short) is a first-of-its-kind, statewide celebration of technology, innovation, and community. From grassroots meetups to the flagship conference, this is a full week of connection, learning, and building the future of tech in the Land of Enchantment. All NMTW events are independently-organized, local events curated for the New Mexican tech scene.

Vicki ApodacaNM Tech Talks is a collaborative of tech organizations working together to bring an inclusive tech community in New Mexico. Our mission is to unify tech organizations in NM and break down silos between groups via co-branded events and initiatives.
We have two large events we host every year: Desert Dev Lab software hackathon and our TechFest conference. In the spirit of collaboration, we also spearhead New Mexico Tech Week, with TechFest acting as the central, flagship event.
