Seiya Mitsuhashi (DirtMan) is an active rally and dirt trial driver based in Hokkaido, Japan. He won his rally debut in 2020, took back-to-back dirt trial titles in 2023, and in 2026 won the Hokkaido regional rally series and finished 4th overall at an All-Japan Dirt Trial Championship round.
He is also the founder of FlatOut Support, a platform and 20-language global media connecting motorsport people, companies and shops worldwide with sponsors, partners and fans.

I won my rally debut in 2020, took back-to-back dirt trial championship titles in 2023, and in 2026 I won the Hokkaido regional rally series and finished 4th overall at an All-Japan Dirt Trial Championship round.
