I am Charles Merritt, Director of Talent Management at Blueprint Managment overseeing The Blueprint League. I hold a B.S. and M.S. in Sports and Leisure Management from the University of Memphis, with 10+ years in sports management including roles with the Memphis Grizzlies, Memphis Express, and the University of Memphis Athletics Media Team. I also currently work in Operations with the Ones Basketball League.
