About the event

Forever Feter is a U.S. Virgin Islands events company dedicated to celebrating the rich culture, music, and spirit of the Virgin Islands and the Caribbean throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

On November 14, 2026, we will host our largest event to date, welcoming an anticipated 300–500 guests for an upscale Caribbean experience featuring live performances by USVI artists Blind Earz and Th3rd, premier DJs, and authentic island vibes. With additional sponsorship support, we hope to expand our entertainment lineup and continue showcasing the incredible talent of the Virgin Islands.

Our audience is made up of young professionals, Caribbean nationals, and culture enthusiasts from across the DMV who value premium experiences, music, food, and community.

Forever Feter offers sponsors a unique opportunity to connect with an engaged audience while supporting the promotion of Virgin Islands culture beyond our shores. Hi! I’m Jakesha Descartes, founder of Forever Feter LLC, a U.S. Virgin Islands events company based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

I was born and raised in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and started Forever Feter with one goal: to celebrate and share the culture, music, and spirit of the Virgin Islands through high-quality events.

Our events bring together Caribbean communities and supporters from across the DMV for unforgettable experiences featuring live entertainment, DJs, food, and authentic island culture. We’re passionate about creating opportunities for Virgin Islands artists while building lasting partnerships with brands that value community, culture, and connection.

As Forever Feter continues to grow, our vision is to become the premier promoter of U.S. Virgin Islands culture in the Washington, DC region.
