About the event
UDBHAV is India’s first Inter-IIIT Hackathon, a national-level technology competition that brings together the brightest minds from 24 Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) across the country. Organized by ENIGMA, IIIT Sri City, UDBHAV is designed as a multi-round hackathon that spans diverse domains of the modern tech ecosystem, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Web & App Development, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, IoT, Data Science, and Core Engineering.
The event follows a three-round competitive structure, starting with institute-level screening rounds and culminating in a 24-hour grand finale, where top teams from different IIITs come together to build real-world solutions. Participants work on industry-relevant problem statements, present their ideas, and implement functional prototypes under strict time constraints, closely simulating real startup and industry environments.
With an expected reach of 30,000+ students, 3,000+ active participants, and representation from IIITs located across India, UDBHAV is not just a hackathon—it is a national innovation platform that nurtures problem-solvers, future founders, and top engineering talent.

Siddhartha SripathyMy name is Sripathy Siddhartha, and I am the Organizer of UDBHAV – India’s First Inter-IIIT Hackathon, representing ENIGMA, the technical society of IIIT Sri City.
I have been actively involved in planning and executing large-scale, student-led technical initiatives that connect 24 Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) across the country. UDBHAV is the result of extensive coordination, structured planning, and collaboration with experienced student leaders from multiple IIITs to build a credible, national-level hackathon.
Our organizing team has prior experience in conducting high-impact technical and cultural events, managing large participant pools, and working with industry partners in a professional manner. These experiences have helped us understand the importance of clear communication, transparency, timely execution, and sponsor satisfaction.
