About the event

Our goal is to educate individuals, youth, and parents about behavioral health issues. We also want to promote prevention efforts, reduce stigma, and create and strengthen community partnerships. The theme for our event is Walk In My Shoes. This theme reminds us to simply, walk in the shoes of a young person that’s suffering from a Mental Illness daily and think of an act of prevention. Think about how your organization can play a role in reducing stigma associated with Mental Health or how you can support a family in need. We know that your organization can support others in leading healthier lives, and growing stronger, happier communities.

Its mission is to be an organization that strives to educate, advocate and empower Individuals, Homeless, Veterans and Seniors to their full potential. Change Me Foundation mission also is to focus on giving back to the community by helping those in need.

Is to develop services which are tailored to meet the unique needs of families that have a child or an adolescent who has or is at risk of an emotional, behavioral and/or mental health disorder.
